Shiv Designs Shipping Policy

At Shiv Designs, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, with delivery estimated within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Please review the following before placing your order:

Fragile Items (Glass Bangles):
Many of our pieces, especially glass bangles, are delicate. While we package every order with care, there is a small risk of breakage during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. Shiv Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays:
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items lost during shipping. All packages are shipped with insurance (up to $100). If your package is lost we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
